Support: Antigoni defended fellow islander Tasha Ghouri from online trolls saying ‘it’s not her fault all the guys came in and wanted to get to know her’
‘I think [Tasha] is a really lovely girl,’ she shared. “She’s really adorable and it’s not her fault that all the guys came and wanted to get to know her.
“And I think it’s fair to give people a chance. She didn’t do anything reckless. It’s not like she was dishonest about it or anything. So I feels like it’s a bit unfair.
She went on to say that she hoped the trolling would die down before Tasha left the villa because it would be difficult for her to deal with it.
Backlash: Tasha has been abused online for both her deafness and exploring connections.
She said: “I really hope the tide turns against her in the kind of social media world because I think it would be very difficult for her to say what has been said now because it’s in makes a really lovely girl.”
“That’s the problem with Twitter and these places is that the tide can turn against you so suddenly, which is part of why I was pretty happy I guess and a little relieved when I came out” , added Antigoni.
“Overnight, you just don’t know what can happen. So I hope it turns into a nicer light for her and people can see the soft, bubbly and fun side that we all saw inside the villa.
Good friend: She went on to say that she hoped the trolling would die down before Tasha left the villa, because of course it will be difficult for her to cope
